This policy describes how AKABAR Developpement processes personal data when you use the website and related services.
2) Data processed
The AKABAR Developpement website does not use advertising trackers. Google Analytics 4 loads only after your consent.
The following data may still be processed depending on usage:
- contact data you voluntarily submit (email, phone number, message content);
- technical security and service operation logs (server, network, errors);
- local browsing preferences and the Analytics consent choice stored in the browser;
- navigation and interaction data measured by Google Analytics 4 only after acceptance;

5) Google Analytics and consent
The website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure audience, viewed pages and selected interactions that help improve the website. The Google tag loads only after acceptance. Before a choice, or after rejection, no Analytics request is intentionally sent.
The choice is stored locally under the akabar_analytics_consent key. You can change it at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Acceptance may allow Google Analytics to place first-party audience-measurement cookies.
Advertising features remain disabled: ad_storage, ad_user_data andad_personalization remain denied. The contact form's name, company, email and message fields are never sent to Google Analytics; only the enquiry type and language may accompany the lead-generation event.
Google processes Analytics data as a provider under its own privacy policy. This processing may involve international operations or transfers depending on the service configuration.
6) Retention period
Data is retained for a period proportionate to its purpose, then deleted or anonymized. Detailed operational retention periods (logs, inbound requests, contractual documents) must be maintained in the internal processing register.
